 If you would like to apply for MAPS, fill out an application, which can be picked up at the MAPS or Cinema Court offices, and return it to the MAPS or Cinema Court leasing office, located at 380 W Park Drive, Moab, UT 84532. You can also fax your completed application to 435-355-0992 or email it to maps@sellersgroup.net.

Residency Restrictions

80% of the units are reserved for those aged 55 and older. Other units are set aside for those needing ADA accessibility, those who are veterans, mentally disabled, or homeless.

Income Restrictions or Requirements

MAPS has 30 affordable units that are based on income level, and 6 market level rentals. Applicants’ gross monthly income should equal 2 times monthly rent.
