Four Corners Community Behavioral Health Housing

In order to be eligible for Four Corners housing, applicants MUST be a client of Four Corners Community Behavioral Health.

 

What is Four Corners?

Four Corners Community Behavioral Health (FCCBH) currently provides comprehensive mental health services for adults, youth and children who are eligible for Medicaid, Medicare and several other insurances who reside Grand County.

FCCBH provides residential supported living facilities for adults with two facilities, Aspen Cove and Ridgeview, in Moab.

Occupants of the residential supported living facilities MUST be clients of Four Corners.

The Ridgeview Apartments is a 6-unit affordable housing community for adults with mental and behavioral health challenges. It has a certain number of units set aside for lower income households.

Aspen Cove is a 10-unit affordable housing community for those with mental and behavioral health challenges. It has a certain number of units set aside for lower income households.

The Ridgeview Apartments has 6 units.

Aspen Cove has 10 units.

Size of Units

Ridgeview has 4 one-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units.

Aspen Cove has 8 one-bedroom units and 2 two-bedroom units.
